Spectral is an information subscription service that provides statistical analysis and value betting tips for football corners markets. We are operated by Metric and Motive Ltd (“Spectral”, “we”, “us”).

These terms apply to your use of the Spectral website at spectralbet.com and any associated services (together, “the service”).

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

You must be 18 or over to use this service.

During account creation, you will be asked to confirm you are 18 or over by ticking a checkbox. By ticking that box, you confirm you meet the age requirement and are legally permitted to access betting-related content in your jurisdiction.

If we reasonably believe you are under 18, we will suspend your account.

Spectral provides statistical analysis, model-generated tips, and betting insights for informational purposes only.

This is not financial advice, investment advice, or a gambling service.

Spectral is not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority and is not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission. We do not place bets on your behalf. All betting decisions are your own, made with your own funds through your own bookmaker accounts.

Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Tips represent statistical opinions based on model outputs. They are not guarantees of profit.

Spectral currently offers a Free tier. Paid plans (Standard and Pro) are in development and will be added to these terms ahead of their 26/27 season launch. Subscribers on the Free tier are not charged.

When paid plans launch, these terms will be updated to include pricing, billing cadence, free-trial mechanics, price-change notice period, and refund policy. Existing Free-tier subscribers will be notified of the update before paid plans go live.

You can close your account at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. The Free tier does not involve any charge, so closing your account takes effect immediately.

Cancellation rights for paid plans (including the statutory 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and the additional rights under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act from Spring 2027) will be set out in these terms when paid plans launch for the 26/27 season.

Betting involves risk of loss. You may lose money by acting on tips provided by Spectral.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spectral accepts no liability for:

• Financial losses from following or acting on any tip, recommendation, or analysis we provide
• Losses arising from inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in model outputs
• Service interruptions, downtime, or delays in tip delivery

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the total fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Your subscription is for personal use only. You must not:

• Share, redistribute, or resell tips or content from the service to others
• Use the service for commercial purposes (e.g. running a tipping service using our content)
• Copy or republish our model outputs, pick data, or performance statistics without permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the service

Each subscription covers a single user. We may suspend accounts we reasonably believe are being shared.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, misuse the service, or if we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. On deletion, we will erase your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

If you have a complaint, contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to resolve it. We aim to respond within 5 working days.

If we cannot resolve your complaint directly, you may seek independent advice from Citizens Advice (citizensadvice.org.uk) or escalate to your local Trading Standards office.
